Ubisoft showed off several minutes of Far Cry 6 gameplay in a recent video along with confirming the release date of October 7 for this much anticipated title.
In the trailer, you can get a great first look at some of the gameplay from combat to riding horses and almost everything in between. Featuring full voice acting, the protagonist, Dani Rojas, can be played as both male and female.
The story itself is about revolution. The main antagonist, Anton Castillo, played by The Mandalorian star Giancarlo Esposito, is a brutal dictator that the player will face off against over the course of the game. From the first look, the game has a feel much like past releases such as Far Cry 3 and Far Cry 4.
Development is currently being led by Ubisoft Toronto and is set for an October 7 release on Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Stadia, Amazon Luna and for Windows PC on the Epic Games and Ubisoft Stores exclusively.
